We were so pleased our daughter was cared for by Stephanie. A specific example was when we had difficulty getting ahold of our doctor. She was persistent and all the while would keep us informed and would help alleviate our daughter's anxiety. We felt she was a great advocate for her- when we had some questions she made sure she was present when we spoke to the doctor. Though we are pretty medically oriented she did a good job explaining the reasoning of the doctor's decisions and making them make sense to our daughter. Stephanie is an asset to your facility/unit. She has a big heart and when our daughter had just had it and was frustrated, she came into the room and gave her a hug.
