Stephanie Pawlowski is the type of nurse that I strive to be like, even as I am the one in the leader role. Every shift, she wears a smile on her face, and she goes above and beyond for each of her patients and other nurses' patients. She always communicates with the doctors and therapists to make sure she has a team of medical professionals who are all on the same page for her patients. If she does not know the answer, she is not afraid to ask for more clarification and is always ready to learn. She takes the initiative to continue educating herself on new things and practices. She is the co-worker who, when you see her name on the assignment sheet, you know today will be a great day because she is a great teammate to have on the floor with you.
