During my stay in early March at LAH for a heart condition, my care was outstanding from all the staff. However, Stephanie’s efforts to make my stay more comfortable went “over and above”. They were extremely attentive and even provided flowers and candles for (as they put it) a romantic lunch with my wife K who works on 6 North. This made my day and helped me forget about all the wires and tubes. My sincere thanks to Stephanie.

This nurse has gone above and beyond in the care of my wife, M. They are very professional at the same time very compassionate in the role. They have an extremely great sense of humor during the performance of her duties. They are 10+++!!!

My dad, J, was experiencing shortness of breath that was very intense. It was so bad that he couldn’t sleep or eat. This nurse recognized that this was a possible side effect of a new medicine dad had started, the medicine was stopped, a new one was started. It improved his symptoms remarkably! It was a miracle for him. This nurse is a problem solver! This is in addition to their kindness and attentiveness to Dad; we knew he was in the best care with Stephanie as his nurse. We are beyond grateful!
