Stephanie Phu, RN, BSN

Without additional prompting from anyone, Stephanie sought out a travel nurse after a rapid response to make sure she was able to correctly chart and help her with additional tasks while also precepting a new grad. She was also so calm, helpful, and accommodating while supporting any needs that came up. She also noticed a patient was lost, while on the way home in the parking garage. She took the time to walk with him back inside the building safely, rather than simply verbally directing him. She genuinely cares about the well-being of any patient and colleague.
