I am a patient of Dr. K for many years and when I go to the office, I am always happy to be cared for by Dr. K and the nurses, especially Stephanie. Today I had a procedure and I was very nervous about having this done. Stephanie took time to explain what was going to happen and gave me time to process it. She also showed compassion and care for my concerns. She ensured I wasn’t in pain and made sure I stayed safe even after the procedure. What makes Stephanie so special is that she cares for her patients, and you can see it in her day-to-day interactions. She is engaged with them and makes them feel like family. Stephanie always encourages me to reach out for any questions, and if I do, she is very quick to respond to make sure that I’m taken care of.
