Stephanie had a very critical patient come into the ED right when she clocked in for her shift. Stephanie jumped right into her role with a positive attitude. She made sure the family was updated and understood the situation. Stephanie made sure the family was comfortable with what was happening. Stephanie was extremely compassionate with the patient and family and truly illustrated extraordinary care. She served as an advocate and educator to both the patient and loved ones.
