Stephanie Selvig, RN

We had a patient waiting for pick up from the ER. The patient got out of dialysis at 1315 and at 1600 the patient still had not been picked up. Numerous calls had been placed to ER staff to transport patient back to ER. The patient called to Stephanie and she was so kind to get the transport initiated. She called house supervisor and her kind staff was nice enough to empty the patient's foley and give her a bath and change her sheets while she waited. Stephanie and her team really went over and above the call of duty to assist. They showed a lot of compassion. I am so grateful for their assistance.
