My great-nephew was born on Friday evening. My niece was bonding with her son on Saturday morning after having major surgery and 12 hours of labor when the doctor came in to check on the baby. He immediately alerted us that my nephew had to be rushed to the NICU right away. We were anxious and had questions. Stephanie cared for my nephew for 2-3 days while he was in the NICU. Her attention to the concern for his well-being was impeccable. She was extremely personable, polite, and professional when answering our questions and addressing our concerns. My niece felt more informed and at ease after every conversation with her. To this end, on behalf of my niece and family, I want to express our appreciation and gratitude for caring for my nephew. He is home and thriving! In addition, he is a 3rd generation baby in our family born at WHC.
