Stephanie exemplifies our goal of elevating the standards of care by ensuring that not only our patients are comfortable and taken care of, but so are the nurses taking care of them. She is always ready to take on any challenge that she is faced with and welcomes new opportunities to make a positive change for our unit and our staff. She comes in every day with a positive attitude and an inspiring personality, ready to take on any responsibility - whether it be hospital-wide, unit-based, a patient, a family, or a peer.

She has become an excellent example of what a strong leader is - and has personally inspired me to want to move up and contribute more to my team and my unit. She has developed a healthy work culture where people feel safe to speak and feel supported - but she also challenges us to become stronger and hold each other accountable for the benefit of our patients and our unit.
