Stephanie showed compassion and extraordinary care towards the 89-year-old patient who was nearing the end of her life. Stephanie took the extra time to make sure that the patient understood everything and that she was included in her own care. The patient's daughter stated that, "getting oldis not for the weak and neither is the journey at the end of one's life." Stephanie made such an impact on this patient and her family. This is the reason that Stephanie is a DAISY Nurse.
