Today I was a patient at the Piedmont Fayette hospital. I had right knee surgery. Normally, I do not remember the angels that take care of me in PACU, but Stephanie is one nurse no one would ever forget. She me made feel safe, got me warm blankets and treated me with the utmost respect. I really felt she was an advocate for me. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had. Nurses like her work from the heart. Patients can tell the difference when someone really cares.
