Stephanie went out of her way to spend time with me and my baby. She got to know me and spoke with me on a personal level giving me comfort and feeling like a friend, not just a patient. She made sure I had all I needed as well as frequently checking on me. She helped guide me in doing things with my baby which as a first-time mother was very helpful and heartwarming.
