Stephanie embodies what we strive our ACPs to be. She is a team player always lending a hand to her colleagues. She goes above and beyond for her patients ensuring they are being given exceptional care and education. She strives to find ways to improve upon the service and leads by example.

An example of this is that she has helped tremendously in our clinic when we are dealing with staffing issues. She will generally take the burden of seeing the majority of the clinic when she is working there to allow the clinic staff to catch up on work. On one occasion, she went out of her way to ensure that a patient had the correct wound care appointment with the wound care clinic, even when it was not an issue that we would address in our clinic.

She spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone, ensuring the patient had an expedited follow-up. This is a testament to who Stephanie is—a caring, selfless, and patient-centric provider!
