Healthcare is definitely a "team sport," and Stephanie Weldon RN, House Supervisor, was recognized for demonstrating what that looks like! Stephanie's nomination talks about how she realized that the department was very busy and she just "hopped right in" to help. Her clinical expertise was so appreciated, along with the support she was able to provide to newer staff.
