I went in for surgery in April and was placed on the 8th floor. I was discharged the next day. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I was pleased with the care your staff provided during my brief stay. Your entire staff was amazing, primarily the professionalism and care they provided. I wanted to specifically mention one of your nurses, Stephanie Wunderlich.

Stephanie was amazing. Her compassion and care are commendable. Not only was she professional but also gives a personal touch to her patients. She went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She was amazing, I’d like to mention so many of her attributes, but I’ll sum it up by saying it’s very apparent she truly loves her work and puts her heart into it.

Stephanie is a true professional and very knowledgeable, but her people skills are exceptional. She made my stay comfortable. I asked many questions every time she came in to check on me and my medications, she patiently and professionally explained what she was doing and that I was going to be okay when I got back on my feet.

My first request when I recovered was a cup of coffee since I had not had anything for 10 hours before my surgery. I asked her if she could get someone to bring me a cup of coffee. Instead, she brought me a cup right away and several more times that afternoon and the next day. Little things like that mean a lot to a person when they are unable to do anything.

Throughout my stay, she was amazing and pleasant to have around. I wanted to let you know that your entire staff is great, but Stephanie stood above everyone in everything she did. Please pass on to Stephanie how blessed I feel to have had her care for me during my stay.
