Stephanie always goes above and beyond for all her residents. One of the residents has dementia and she will have her sit with her at the nurses' station, hold her hand, have a conversation and help encourage her to drink her coffee. This resident does not always truly speak a full conversation and Stephanie will sit and carry on a conversation with her like anyone else. She will get this resident to laugh at times too. She will take the time to sit and just chat with any of the residents to make their days better. She is always an exceptional nurse.
