Stephen added very positively to a normally stressful and undesirable situation. He made us feel at ease and he showed a very caring feeling in his duties. Of all the personnel we were in contact with- he will be one that we remember!

Stephen helped my stepdaughter, and all of us in her family, to feel that our concerns were of the utmost importance. Her passing was an extremely difficult thing, but he made it easier by always explaining everything in understandable but detailed conversations with us. When we needed it, he advocated for T and her family to have their needs and wishes addressed with other staff and the doctors. He definitely serves the patient and their families.
