I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of care that Stephen provided me with. He stopped by my room occasionally just to check on me. He made sure I got the meds I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He spent time talking to me when I needed someone to talk to. He has a genuine spirit and a true gift from God. The most remarkable thing he did was uplift me when I needed it most. I am a recovering alcoholic and I needed encouragement during this difficult time. He listened and was understanding, then offered sound advice. It's rare to have such a wonderful team of nurses. Clearly, your management team is doing an outstanding job to hire and retain such a great team.

Stephen took time out of his busy day to talk to me. My wife had to go to work so he knew I was in the room alone and I was feeling pretty down about everything going on with my health. He is the epitome of a good nurse. He is one of those rare nurses that took those extra few minutes of his time to really listen and care about his patients.
