Stephen joined our unit last year. This is his first assignment and he has been a great addition to our team. He is responsible and caring and shows leadership in a busy dialysis unit. The patients and families all state they feel important and well cared for by his attention to detail. One of our families stated, "He gets down to our level as he talks and is never too busy to help patients or staff". I know when I come in in the morning, i will have a good day no matter what we face that day - when Stephen is leading us.
