The daughter and son of one of Stephen's patients in the Heart Center stated he provided exceptional care to their mother and they witnessed how compassionate and attentive Stephen was with her. The family expressed that their mom specifically requested Stephen to assist her with various task on multiple occasions. "Stephen would show up with a warm smile and a wonderful attitude to help my mother," wrote the patient's son. "He is a warm and caring nurse who will stop everything he is doing to attend to his patients".
