Stephen is exceptionally skilled as an Emergency nurse and one of the most compassionate and caring nurses on our team. He is a clinical expert who practices nursing with his mind and his heart. Passionate about patient centered care, his practice exemplifies the Baptist Health Nursing Model of Caring Relationships. He is the "healing environment" for his patients and their families. Stephen is a bedside nurse that leads by example, a real team player serving as a welcoming resource for his peers and co-workers.
