Stephen Torres represents the department with a passion for me to get well and has compassion for me and my pain. He has a great deal of empathy and understands my confinement to my room, he makes a way for me get fresh air, and gives me great conversation when he is on duty. My family can trust Steve when they are not around me because I trust Steve. He has a great demeanor and really tries to make unpleasant situations more tolerable. Steve really cares about me, he takes the time to get to know me as a person and make me feel important to him.
