My mother is on the 3rd floor receiving a blood transfusion. She's a tough stick and the nurse was having difficulty getting the blood/IV going. My mother is not only a tough stick but can be somewhat abrasive at times. Steve Williams took it all in stride. Steve came up from the Emergency Room to get the IV going. He explained what he was doing while getting the needle in. Steve was calm and patient being out of his department.
Just shows he's a team player. Thank you, Steve!
