Stephenie did amazing care and service when our little boy got admitted to the NICU. Our baby boy was born six weeks early. That time, Stephenie was there to take care of him like her own baby. She did all the care like bathing, diaper changing, and feeding him with patience, and she was so kind to our little boy. She is the one who started his first bottle feeding in case he can keep up his breathing level but is able to take up a bottle. She not only did his first bottle feed, but she explained clearly how to hold the preemie, how to do pace feeding, how to watch him breathe, and how to make him complete the milk in the bottle. She not only took extra care of our little boy but gave us so much information needed for us since we are first-time parents.

She took care of him during the night shift. She calmly explained and helped us with his diaper change. She was more than a nurse; she was like a family member, and I feel like she resembles his granny. Who can care for him during our boy's stay and the most important phase of his life, which we will never forget?! So we would like to thank Nurse Stephenie for her great service to our little boy and pray to God for her happiness and wellbeing throughout her life and for her family.
