My wife has received treatments for her cancer by hundreds of nurses. However one of your Emergency room nurses, Sterling Hall, gave care "beyond the pale". On a Sunday in November, I contacted the ER concerned and anxious about C-Diff symptoms my wife was experiencing. She had been treated at a Rehab Facility, was told she was cured and was released. It was a Sunday and my wife's regular doctor was unavailable. Sterling calmed me down and reassured me my wife would be treated at the ER. Sterling greeted my wife and me and cared for my wife for the four hours until she was transferred to the fifth floor. During that time he also recognized my symptoms of hypoglycemia and insisted on getting me coffee and something to eat.
You are so fortunate to have Sterling on your staff - "sterling" is an apt adjective to describe the manner in which he treats JMC's patients.
