Stevan has been a great student, always willing to take on any assignment given to him with enthusiasm, and always willing to help out his classmates
In the words of Stevan's clinical instructors, "He was just a joy to have in clinical. He was always knowledgeable about his patients and their plan of care. Always had something to contribute during post-conference. Every clinical day he had a positive attitude and was very supportive of his classmates. I believe he will truly be a nurse leader in some capacity one day. He definitely ranks as one of the best students I have had the pleasure of working with in clinical. I have watched him grow from a novice student into a confident clinically skilled student over this time frame. Stevan has been a great student, always willing to take on any assignment given to him with enthusiasm, and always willing to help out his classmates."
His interactions with patients have been characterized by empathy, respect, and genuine dedication. Stevan's clinical judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication with patients, peers, and faculty have been consistently noted by all. His ability to work well within a team, offer support to classmates, and contribute to a positive learning environment has not gone unnoticed. In addition, we must note his professionalism and punctuality.
In addition to being an exceptional student/person, Stevan has served on the Student Nurses Association as Fundraising Chair, served two semesters on the faculty curriculum committee, and has assisted fellow students as a Guided Study Group tutor.
