Long overdue recognition for an outstanding, humble, selfless man that just gets better and better every year. If my memory serves me correctly, Steve was here when my mom checked in, in 2012. From the start, I noticed his calm, yet confident, demeanor as he serves the elderly. Too many recognitions to list, so I will just mention one. Currently, my cousin L is my mother's POA. When I came in, Steve immediately went to the nursing station to call L so I could take my mom out for a wonderful Mother's Day. Steve is a valuable, hardworking and gifted asset to the Sentara Village Family.
