My son was admitted to the ER. He was brought in by ambulance because he fell off a zip line and had a concussion and his left leg was injured and he needed a splint. Steve Fava made sure all of our needs were met (offered us coffee, extra chairs, answered all questions). He had a wonderful bedside manner. He wrapped my son's leg so he could use the restroom to keep his splint clean. This was a very stressful evening for me as a mother and Steve went out of his way to ease my mind. When we were discharged he brought my son to the vehicle and helped him in and buckled him in the seat. When I got home I had to call him to ask another question he was very polite and thorough. He is a great nurse!
