First off, I want to say I knew he was a good nurse because he acknowledged me, treated me as a person, not an inconvenience, was very aware of my needs, helped me in a timely manner. He was soft-spoken. He was compassionate, understanding and helpful and you could see empathy and care in his eyes. I am so glad I got to meet such a great member of your team. You should be proud to have him on your staff. I am going through quite an ordeal in the end of my life because of an abusive husband. God Bless you, Steve.
