Steve was my nurse for two nights. I had major surgery on Monday and Thursday. I was fortunate to have Steve share his outstanding virtues: very effective, compassionate, great sense of humor, quick to get things done, never complained, smile, and caring. I strongly recommend Steve be honored. As a retired high school principal, I value customer service as a priority.
