All the nurses at Hershey are always helpful and ensure my son's safety and comfort. Today was an especially rough day for me. Steve stayed into the early morning answering all my very specific questions. Once my son's counts for the day came back, Steve offered to share the data with me. I felt like a crazy person - focusing on these numbers that make or break my day, but Steve understood that I needed to hear and absorb as much as I could. I didn't even have to ask. Steve went above and beyond to calm my nerves and set my mind at ease while taking care of my son.
