My family had the pleasure of meeting Steve while my uncle was hospitalized at the Heart Hospital. During a very scary, and uncertain time, Steve was a ray of hope for our family. He was incredibly knowledgeable, supremely kind and helped lighten the mood with his infectious smile. He was patient and thorough in his explanations while answering our questions. He never treated us as a burden, and although I am sure he was incredibly busy, you would not have guessed. I felt secure knowing he was caring for my loved one. The peace that his presence offered our family cannot be described. We are so grateful for his gift of caring.
