I had surgery at your facility upon the advice of Dr. Sima. I was hesitant to heed his advice due to my prior negative experiences. I’m happy to tell you that my recent surgery went smoothly! The surgical team was well informed about my complex medical history. The caliber of the staff and their professional behavior was appreciated. Upon waking I was tended to by several nurses who were skillful and attentive. My RN Steve took over my care when I was moved to my room. He was one of the best nurses I have ever had and I’ve had many. He made me feel as I was in a 4 star hotel. Personal thanks to my nurses, now I feel confident that my well being is in good hands at Twin Cities!

From admission to discharge, I was highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of everyone who attended to my medical needs. I want to let you know how much I appreciate the wonderful care I received while on the surgical unit. The nursing staff and Steve in particular were not only professional but also showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and treatment.
