My mother went up to the hospital for a lumpectomy. She is 83 and has severe arthritis and has difficulty walking. Steve Thompson was always patient with her and treated her with the utmost respect. His humor throughout the various procedures kept her relaxed and laughing. It also kept my sister and I laughing, which helped during a stressful time. He was extremely attentive and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend him for a DAISY Award.
