Stevee was the most incredible nurse and is the main reason that I was able to experience my dream birth.

With my first pregnancy, I was so excited to have a natural, unmedicated birth. However, I had to be medically induced, and all of my original plans had to be pushed aside. Going into this pregnancy, I still desired a natural birth but felt discouraged that it just wasn't possible for me.

However, when Stevee came on shift, she sat with me and discussed my goals, feelings about my last birth, offered suggestions and tools we could utilize, and gave me so much encouragement that I could do a natural birth. Even when I thought I couldn't go anymore, she continued to advocate for me to my doctor, gave such encouraging words, and kept trying new pain relief strategies.

She never doubted me, and I will always be so grateful for that. She is the main reason why I was able to have my dream birth, the one I always prayed for.
