Steven Armstrong deserves the DAISY Award because he is very thorough and precise. It is always good to interact with someone who is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to your health. A person may go through many things before they get to an ER, so having a bright face and a smile can change the mood in some instances. I always have trouble with the drawing of my blood or starting an IV, Steven was able to get my IV started on the first try. Steven is willing to go the extra mile!
