I have had Steven as my nurse two different times now; once months ago and again today. He is one of the most kindhearted, knowledgeable, and caring nurses that I know. I was so happy when I saw that he was my nurse again. I knew that I was in good hands. I was so scared, and he made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I am honored to have had the best RN there is, Steven Bao. God blessed me with him. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do, answered all my questions, he was never rushed and took his time to care for me. I am 76-years-old and have been an RN for 40 plus years. I have been both patient and nurse and he is the best nurse. Medical Center should be proud to have him and again he is the very, very, best nurse!
