Steven Cabezas

Our first Honoree worked hard, dedicated themselves to the program, and transformed into the exceptional nurse they are and will continue to be. One of the network educators recognized this student during a shift they were working. This student was part of a code blue and performed life-saving interventions by doing compressions, leading to a successful return of consciousness. During the rest of the shift, this student remained positive and collaborated with the rest of the nursing team during a challenging patient population. The team significantly valued this student.
