I brought my 7-year-old son in because he was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and I was hysterical, but Steve was amazing. He went out of his way to calm me down and continued smiling at us and giving my son thumbs up throughout the visit. I will forever be grateful, and I will never forget him - he is our hero!
