Steven Johnson, RN
The Rehab Team (Inpatient PT/OT) feels that Steven is one of the best nurses in the hospital. We all breathe a sigh of relief when seeing that he is taking care of a patient on our caseload. Steven is a shining example of a Team Player, Interdisciplinary Caregiver, and Patient Advocate. He watches his patients closely, has excellent clinical skills, is kind and caring, and often goes above and beyond to help mobilize patients who are critically ill and/or hard to mobilize. Patients often comment on his level of care and attention, and he spends time talking with patients and families to educate them on their condition. Steven has a great attitude, always greeting others with a smile even on the hard days. Steven is the kind of nurse we would want to care for us or our family members.
