Steven Michael Lashley was very attentive during our entire stay. He came in and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid. When he came into the room to change my husband's suprapubic catheter he was very considerate in explaining what he was doing and while he was doing it asking my husband was he in any pain. Thank you, Michael, for your dedication to this profession.
