I am sending this letter to manage up, praise, and thank Mr. Steve Ross for being an incredible leader for the 7South team. I've watched his consistency to make time for both our night shift and day shift crews. He does so each morning by committing himself to a strenuous schedule, clocking in as early as 4 am. He has an open-door policy and sticks to it. He will stop what he is doing if you need his attention, advice, or just to chat. Lastly, he is a staunch defender of his staff. He educates when it is necessary and casts a shield when appropriate. I must applaud his actions, as he will likely fly under the radar per his wishes, but his behavior is truly commendable. These are just a few reasons why I feel so grateful to have been a part of his crew.
