I was a patient for 2 ½ days. I met Steven O on my second day at the hospital. I was nervous about taking a new medication. Steven was the only nurse who intentionally and privately showed me each medication in its packaging, as opposed to just a paper cup with the pills in it. I felt so comforted by this simple act. I told Steve this. He is very kind and professional. I feel very blessed that he took such good care of me and helped me feel at ease at a moment when I felt very nervous. Thank you, Steve O!
