He is organized, never appears rushed, and these traits are very reassuring when you are facing uncertainty. He welcomed me in the morning with a smile and made me BELIEVE that if I needed anything, he would be there for me. I never felt like “just another patient” or that he was too busy for me. He never seems rushed or distracted, providing a reassurance that he really knows what he is doing. As I said up front, I have brought patients to him from other units, and he greeted them with a ready room, smile, and the same kindness and caring he provided to me.
