The initial contact you have with your care team is crucial. Steven Reingruber was approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable in his profession. Steven's love during our visit was the best care I have seen since moving to VA 2.5 years ago. He made sure my son knew every step he was making and why. He coached him through the process of inserting the IV, checked on him throughout the entire stay, and checked on me as well. His level of patience was remarkable. The world needs more Stevens like we experienced today.
