My mother had a stroke at 3:00 on a Monday. After various tests and a very long procedure to remove the clot from Mom's brain, she was placed in ICU. Steven began his shift at 7:00 PM and soon after, he introduced himself to my family and me. He was very caring, empathetic, and giving.
Steven made me feel comfortable, and most important, he allowed me to trust and have hope towards my mom's recovery. He went the extra mile to call the doctors so that I could ask questions directly. That to me meant a lot. His genuine and human way of caring simply made me feel that my mother was cared for. Steven...Wow! I simply have no words to say how he touched not just me but all of my family. I have not had someone give, care, and devote their time to helping others as I did with Steven. He anticipated our necessities before we even had to ask. Thank you, Steven, for your hard work and love for your patients. We appreciate you and so does my mom.
