I am a caregiver for a Veteran. He was admitted with pneumonia. Steven met us with a smile and we left him with a smile. He went above and beyond what he had to. He was friendly and caring to B and myself. He took time to answer any questions we had and when we had a question that he could not answer he went and found the answer. He gave us all the info to go home and the numbers to contact if we had questions when we left. He was great!! The patient has been admitted other times (to other hospitals) that I know of with pneumonia and Steven is the best nurse we have ever had. This hospital is by far the best care he has ever received and B will agree. We appreciate you all and Nurse Steven! The patient states that Steven took the best care of him and done things to help him. He went above what he should have.
