When Steven came on duty, it was refreshing. I personally was feeling kind of tired and frustrated. Steven came in bubbly and friendly. My husband got sick, he emptied the trash and did not call the tech to do it. HE did it. He found out that my husband hadn't eaten, so HE went and made soup for him. HE went and filled his ice cup and water cup for him. I never saw such attentive care to a patient. He did all types of tasks that I hadn't seen before and talked and explained to you what and why he's giving different meds. Steven is dedicated and compassionate. I felt human again. Thanks, Steven, keep up the good work and your sense of humor.
