Everything about Steve was uplifting. I was extremely anxious and sleep-deprived and Steve found a way to connect with me. His demeanor put me at ease, despite my circumstances/symptoms. He listened to me and his care was fantastic. By far the best nurse I have ever had. Mount Nittany has a real gem in Steve! Steve also had great small talk that helped distract me from my situation and amazingly made me smile. I loved his jokes and he was completely professional. He seems incredibly smart too.
