I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stevie! The amount of compassion she shows in her work each day is truly admirable. We had a patient who unfortunately did not survive, but she provided the absolute best care to him throughout his visit to the ER. He was without family presence at the time of his passing, but Stevie stood right beside him as he took his last breath on earth. She spoke to the physician prior to extubating him to get some morphine on board as well to make the patient as comfortable as possible in his last seconds. It is truly an honor to work alongside such a phenomenal woman and nurse. She is the perfect depiction of a DAISY Nurse. There is no person more deserving than her!
